Politicians with brains and a taste for creativity, environmental sanity and social justice like these sort of thing as well. There is a chosen enlightened class who like the urban scene, hate suburban life and harbor a firmly grounded conviction that everyone should live the way they do, because Science tells us that the suburbs and automobiles are crimes against nature. Suburbs are the product of American racism and the flight of whites from urban diversity. All planning should be controlled by those with brains and credentials from top flight universities. Luckily our current President, the most brilliant man to ever hold the office is just such a man and has surrounded himself with similar souls. If he is reelected he we lead the little people to salvation. Only racists and the ignorant will vote against the President. In his second term he will hopefully end the mortgage tax deduction for all but those who live in designated urban growth areas served by high speed mass transit. Sprawl must be zoned out of existence. The depopulated suburbs can then be converted to organic collective farms to feed the locavore urban population. "

You see them out there. They live in a few big cities in places like Illinois, New York and California and in terminally quaint university town scattered around the country. They are bitter that their cherished theories and the revolutions they espoused have failed miserably. They lack all animal spirit and take civilian government, academic, or non- profit jobs, that have been safe and secure up to now. They are bitter that their hopes and dreams of a bright blue future are sinking in an ocean of red ink. They are very bitter so they cling to their electric cars, iPhones, and windmills. They are bitter and venomous so they cling to their religion and its prophets Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, Said, Foucault and Mao. They are the progressive post modernist full of hate for anyone that disagrees with them. That’s why they label anything that disagrees with or criticizes their worldview as hate speech which should be silenced. They are the red adult diaper generation, soon to be senile, but they have groomed many of the young to take their places.

18.1 % of the landmass of the USA is arable land. That means we have 671,510 acres of farmland.

In 2010 we consumed 137,970,000,000 gallons of gasoline.

An acre of land, planted in hemp has an estimated yield of 500 gallon; there are 640 acres to a square mile, so a square mile of hemp would yield 320,000 of gasoline equivalent.

It would 431,156,000 acres of land to produce enough fuel to match our consumption in 2010. This would require 64.2% of our arable land
